The Prillow offers support to your lower back, filling the gap between it and the ground, thus avoiding muscle over-contraction and preventing impacts on the back.
Besides, the Prillow minimize the risk of injury reducing impact forces, compression, and stress on your joints and muscles. The ergonomic shaped foam protects your back from hard surfaces and helps you to stretch completly the legs in case of low flexibility.

Prillow is not an industrial product, but a handmade prop that Jenn and Pri developed together based on what they could observe, first on Pri’s needs, and eventually on all other base’s needs they could hear about!

I want to share my experience because it has been a huge improvement for me in many ways! I am an experienced base and lower back pain wasn’t really an issue for me BUT I had to limit the time practicing whips and hard catches from icarian tricks. Now I can go all day everyday 🤙 Next to that there is more space between my head and the flyers head and it gives me more confidence and can go full power with 0 hesitation. "I recommend the model with belt if you are into pops because I used a different one before and it was OK but the belt makes it way more comfortable to me. Enjoy !"
